| DJ Alter Ego was started in May 2005 after witnessing an overpriced and less than impressive DJ perform at a friends wedding reception. I went home that night feeling that I could do better for less money, and set out to do just that. Since that day a lot has changed. From spinning vinyl on turntables to having my entire music library fit on a hard drive smaller than my hand. From no lighting, to a 10ft. truss system and a great light show. From decent speakers to the clean, powerful sound of Mackie SRM-450s complemented by the Mackie SWA-1501 subwoofer. From working alone, to forming a partnership with Mixmaster Chris from Party Patrol Disc Jockeys. From being a novice to learning the ropes. A lot has changed. What remains my goal has not. My desire to constantly improve my equipment and myself, and my commitment to provide my customers with quality at an affordable price.
